Get different backgrounds. Stealing Twitter’s default ones is just odd/wrong.

Inappropriate?Hello Alan,
Please clarify your problem. The background is made available via Twitter's API methods for 3rd party application developers. To the best our knowledge, we are fully abiding with Twitter's Terms and Conditions and we are not unlawfully "stealing" anything.
If you wish, you may contact me directly at mecarluen@twitwall.com. I will in turn provide you with my phone number so we can discuss and clarify this issue.
Thank you, Allan H.

This is the official Twitter API method for background manipulation for 3rd party applications:
http://apiwiki.twitter.com/Twitter-RE...
Please contact @al3x or @dougw of Twitter for direct information (or if you believe 3rd party applications should not use the Twitter background)
