Step 3 "Install The Tracker" says browser is unsupported. I am using firefox branded as the release code name "Shiretoko". javascript:document.write(navigator.userAgent) yields Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.1.2) Gecko/20090804 Shiretoko/3.5.2

Inappropriate?That is odd. I would hope that Firefox 3.5.2 is supported. Are you able to try upgrading Firefox to the newest build, 3.5.3 and see if that helps? I'm running that version of FF and haven't had issues. -
Inappropriate?wow. fast response! Changing general.useragent.extra.firefox in about:config to "Firefox/3.5.2" resolved it. Still, should the page try to detect add-on compatible browsers (e.g. agent string containing "Mozilla")?

I think we are not detecting the browser well on that page, yes.
We cant ask people to change general.useragent.extra.firefox before using twones
