iTunes Window Keeps Popping to the Foreground of my Desktop as the Active Window
Just installed the Windows Tracker Bundle. The Twones icon is in the dock and I've logged in, however (1) songs are not tracking onto the site, and more disturbingly (2) now every few seconds iTunes gets promoted to the dominate window on my desktop. Just in the span of writing this out, I've had to alt-tab back to Firefox about 8 times because iTunes keeps popping to the foreground.

Inappropriate?Okay, never mind. I didn't realize I needed to activate the account from an email that I didn't know I had before I could log in from the Windows Trackers program. I'm guessing the mix up was the tracker program not being logged in because now the system works fine and it's tracking.
On that note, it would be nice to get a little feedback from the login screen. Just something like "You're logged in" or "Gosh, that didn't work, try again!" Previously when I'd logged in, it just told me I was logged in and made no indication of any problem. Just a thought.
Thanks, site looks cool!
I’m interested

Inappropriate?Hi Robert,
Your suggestion about the feedback from the login screen is actually implemented in the Windows Tracker. The tracker would test on the server if the login/password is known but maybe it doesn't test whether it is activated... I'll discuss this with the team.
Happy tracking!

Inappropriate?Hi Johan,
I think some kind of notice about having to activate from an email would be good. To be honest, I don't recall if it was mentioned on the site after I signed up, I could have easily missed that. But there was definitely no notice of it in the tracker when I logged in. It just said I was successfully logged in.
Thanks! -
Inappropriate?Hi Robert,
I've discussed it with the team, it seems that you can log in before activation so the activation was not the problem.
Did you restart iTunes or your computer ? Or something else (browser restart/tracker restart?) that caused the problem to disappear ?
Thanx! -
Inappropriate?I had quit out of the tracker to stop the original issue from happening and decided to try it again after I saw the validation email and clicked through on it. So if that's the case, the restarting could have been the issue. I just can't say for certain since I'd already validated the account by the time I'd restarted.

Inappropriate?Ah, ok, another report which tells us that after restarting (the tracker, right ?) the problem is gone.
We'll look into this further, thanx again!
