Don't use Flash PDF viewers!
The OS PDF viewer, or a browser plugin which will already be installed, is fine. The flash viewer is pretty useless, with a limited zoom and no way of using the controls without scrolling about the zoomed document.

If you don't want to use the flash viewer you can always right-click and choose open in new tab or open in new window and your standard document viewer will come up.
