Total disregard for connecting passengers
I can't believe you cancelled a flight with people still stranded in ORD. I also can't believe you let me fly when the estimated arrival time was after my connection left. I also can't believe you couldn't hold my connection for _1_ minute knowing I was coming in on a Red Eye from SFO. I ran from C9 to B2 (ran the whole way), just to see the flight push back from the gate... right on time. Thanks for putting metrics first, United!
