united mileage plus is a big drama

I have alwayd flown united airlines and also have united airlines mileage plus visa card. I am a premier member and have 153K+ miles in my account, but whenever I try to use them I do not get the tickets for my dates and have to buy them instead.

I think this whole united mileage plus is a big drama. I am seriously considering giving away the visa card and getting some other card with cashback. I am also seriously considering leaving united for an airlines which is more truthful about its awards travel.
