Your Food Has Mold On It - Be Accountable And Responsible!

While in int'l 1st class, I was served (and unfortunately ingested) food with mold on it and became ill. The flight attendant saw it and promised to document it. When I followed up with UA, they said they couldn't substantiate my incident and offered me an upgrade. I'm still trading letters with UA. I hope they will show some corporate responsibility and accountability instead of just hoping I'll give up and go away.
