UPS lost package, lied about delivery status
driver lied about leaving my package in a mailbox that is locked and would be too small for the package in question, marked as delivered anyway, ups customer service changed their story a few times about it and will not help me

Inappropriate?I have the same problem and i am trying to recover my package and all they say is : You have to contact the ups store. The UPS store owner is a lier and does not want to do anything. I filed a small claim and I felt discriminated the way i was treated by a Judge and the situation sees to me he knew the judge. I even asked for a mediation and was ignored. The judge told me someone in your apartment signed for the package!!! How does he knows such thing and even said i have not right to sue him because he is not responsible. If he is not responsible who is? Anyone can have a UPS store because they're not responsible for anything that's easy.
