Flag a user/ review inappropriate

Someone who is an examployee keeps writing the same racist review and even after it was taken off it still has hurt the rate of my restaurant, how can i stop this/ get my rating back to 100% where it should be. This is the second time this has happened and i would llike you flag this person or something.
