Twitter Integration: I wrote a review, and tweeted it out, but it never went to Twitter

PLEASE NOTE: Dear Urbanspoon, I am just telling you what I saw today.

Today, at just before 7:30pm, I wrote a review for The Monkey Bridge in Ballard.
I wrote the review from web, using FireFox 3 as the browser.

After I wrote the review, I clicked inside of the “Tweet this review” check box. I had already set this up (Urbanspoon/Twitter integration) before.

I clicked on “Add Review” and then I got the message, “Thanks for your review, and your tweet has been sent!” on the top of the screen.

I went over to my Twitter account and...it never went to Twitter. I waited, and waited, and waited. I refreshed and refreshed and refreshed Twitter. The Tweet for my restaurant review went off into thin air.

So, I thought that my Twitter integration wasn’t work. I went to a place in my hometown, wrote a review, and tweeted that review. That review went through to Twitter instantly.

As an end user, I just shook my head!

I wrote a review and used the "Tweet this review" for option for this:

and it did not go through to Twitter.
