Screen name next to Start button in pre-test dialog is unnecessary and potentially confusing.

I don't the the screen name next to the Start button is necessary when introducing each part of the session. In fact, I think it may give too away too much information, and most importantly it may cause confusion. If anything, allow brief intro text if necessary.
