Chat Change.

We don't like that you can disable the chat for example, some users are disabling it and when you enter their stream you simply cannot interact unless you know their webpage in which they have a private chat.
In my opinion the most important thing is that if the chat is enabled, when you enter a show you get the twitter updates instead of the chat tab, and many many users just don't know that they have to click "chat" to get in the chat, and therefore the ones that do not know ustream think that there is no such thing like a chat. Also if the chat is disabled and you get to the person webpage sometimes they are overloaded and you get a lot of lag when watching the stream, instead, directly in the ustream page you don't get lag as it does not have to get all the embeded resources. Those are the most important reasons, but sure there are more little ones. ( Delete or Edit)
