Recording time is too short, please extend by a few minutes (lecture truncated)
I am finding that in many of my classes that use the auto-podcasting tool that the length of time recorded is too short. The recording always starts too early and ends too soon. There is a minute or two of people strolling into class with no lecturing and then the last key points of of the professor's lecture are cut off because the recording ends too promptly.
The problem may stem from another issue (synchronized clocks, etc) but another minute or two of recording time past when the class is scheduled to end would ensure capture of all information. This service is very valuable, but frustrating when things are missed because of 'timer' issues.

Inappropriate?Thanks for letting us know. We have to start the recording sightly before class begins, and stop it slightly after class ends. We'll check all the server clocks to be sure they are set correctly.
It would be helpful to know what class you are watching so we can check that server right away.
