Damaged Shipments
What are Factory Service Only items? If we purchase a Panasonic plasma tv and it arrives damaged will Vann's handle the exchange or do we have to go thru Panasonic?

Factory Service Only items are brands that our company is authorized to service in our service center here in Montana.
If you order a Panasonic TV from Vanns.com, and you receive it damaged, Vann's will send a company out to pick up your TV and send it back to us, at no charge to you, at that time we can set up an exchange if that is what you would like us to do.
Up to 15 days from the date you receive your product, if something should go wrong with your TV, Vann's also would be responsible for taking that back. Anything past the 15 days, would then be the responsibility of Panasonic, and their 1 year manufacturers warranty.
