Dissatisfaction with Vann's

I purchased a Frigidaire washer and dryer set in March 2008 and am immensely dissatisfied with the washer. It is labeled "heavy duty super capacity," but is only capable of washing small loads. I contacted our salesman, Herb, who is horrible at follow up. After numerous calls and visits to the store, he had a repairman sent to our home. The repairman determined, through Frigidaire, that the company sets the water level lower intentionally so that the appliance can receive the energy star rating. I then played phone tag with Herb for a month or so, and he finally told me to contact Frigidaire. When I called Frigidaire, I was told that I would need a reference number from the dealer. I called Herb again, and he returned my call with a reference number two weeks later. I contacted Frigidaire, spoke to three different people who barely speak english, and was told that there is nothing Frigidaire can do about my issue. I left Herb a message relaying the information I heard from Frigidaire and asked if Vann's would be standing by their appliance...I never received a return call. I reported the issue I have with the washer prior to the one year warranty period expiring and feel that Herb and Vann's simply blew me off hoping I would give up. I will never purchase anything from Vann's again and will be sharing my dissatisfaction in Vann's with everyone I know.
