Friendly, professional, responsive, and well-priced!

I initially bought my Panasonic tv from an east-coast discount store. After a few days I called them and was told it was back-ordered. Looking around on the web, I found Vann's. I've been buying electronics from different stores in the NY area, and sometimes it's been fine, but sometimes one finds rudeness, a hard-sell to buy accessories, difficulty getting through to people. Each time I called Vann's I've reached friendly and helpful people. I'll be checking them first from now on.
