What a pleasure doing business with Vann's! Spent the weekend researching 32" TV's on Nextag. Vann's had great website and good prices with no tax and free shipping on Tv I selected. Called Vann's on Monday and talked with "expert Adivisor Kevin" who answered my questions and took my order over the phone. Timely advisories were sent to me by e-mail thru-out the processing and got a tracking #. Tv arrived by Fed-Ex on Thursday of same week (sooner than I expected) in great shape and was exactly as advertised. Now that's what I call an awesome experience and great service on Vann's part !
