Great Product Return Service!

This is an update to "Where's the headphone jack". The day after I submitted this question, customer service called me ON THE PHONE and said the description was in error (it doesn'thave a headphone jack) and that I'd get an e-mail which contained a UPS label. Wow, I was impressed! Sony e-mailed me too, saying that if I hooked another unit (such as an ipod, MP3) into the audio output jack and then put the headphone jack in that, I'd be set--this after I explained that I can't use an ipod, mp3 at the office I work in. Way to go Vann's! My next electronic purchase will definitely be from you!
By the way, I'd keep the Sony but I'd just purchased a new CD player 3 months ago (also without a headphone jack--I'll take it home). The Sony was a very good buy and I like it, but I have to buy a cheap portable CD player and a separate radio instead. Bummer!
