My lawyer tells me it is legal to picket a business as long as I am on public property.
To date I have been waiting seven weeks for a refrigerator repair. Though it has been confirmed that I have warranty coverage thru 2012, I have had to repeatedly called Vann's, Warrantech, Appliance Tech, and have even written letters to your corporate office. I've received no response and no repair. Have I done something wrong? Have I been blacklisted? Is this a test??? My lawyer tells me it is legal to picket a business as long as I am on public property. Saturday afternoon on King Avenue is looking pretty good.

Appliance Tech was able to complete the service on the refrigerator. I have contacted Michelle and she is satisfied with the repairs. Michelle said she was very appreciative of how quickly we were able to resolve this issue today! We are also going to see if we can assist her with the repairs she needs on her flooring.

Inappropriate?Our Billings Location Manager was able to get in touch with Appliance Tech. Appliance Tech have been awaiting parts through Warrantech. Appliance Tech have since procured the parts locally and have scheduled the customers product to be repaired today. Our Billings Location Manager has called the customer and left a message asking them to confirm they were contacted by Appliance Tech for their appointment today as well as the relaying the outcome of the repair back to us.

Inappropriate?I have leased a retail business space. I have been working on it 1 1/2 mo to remodel as it states in my lease. My landlord has informed me he is using 450 sq ft of my business for his restaurant. Lawyer says I can start an expensive and timely lawsuit or settle for less.
