Old fashioned customer service with a digital smile!
It is not often that I write to commend a company for their customer service but as a manager of a company that built its reputation on it I felt the need to do so. I recently purchased a television from Vann's. It was my second buying experience with you and both were exceptional. My recent purchase was originally place with a competitor "out east". After placing the order for $150 less than your price, and jumping through hoops just to get them to acknowledge the order I cancelled the order with them and placed it with you. I received the product in less time than it took your competitor to acknowledge the order!!!! Not surprisingly when I cancelled the order my acknowledgement within 30 minutes. Thanks for your great service.
