Once is Enough for Pop-Up
Please limit your pop-ups, as they become extremely irritating! The one about prices possibly being different in the cart is useful - ONCE AND ONLY ONCE!

Inappropriate?Thank you for the feedback! I am sorry if this feature was irritating, this feature should only come up the first time you load the Vanns.com homepage. If you log out and log back in to the web page, it will assume that haven't been here before and pop back up!

Inappropriate?This may be happening due to settings in the web browser that is being used to view our site. The pop-up that you referred to should only come up one time as previously mentioned - provided that you have the web browser being used set to "accept cookies". Depending upon the browser you can vary these settings to include "accept cookies only from sites I visit" as well.
When the pop-up has the ability to set a cookie on your web browser, it will only come up one time unless you clear your cookies or reset your browser you shouldn't see it again. When the pop-up does not have the ability to set a cookie due to browser settings disallowing that activity, the pop-up would come up consistently on every page.
I'll be sure to discuss this idea/issue with our IT team and see if there's an alternate solution that allows us to provide this important message in a different way that won't negatively impact the shopping experience of those individuals that choose to not allow their browsers to set cookies from websites.
