Vann's ... It Just Works

I've now had two completed orders from Vann's in the past year and both were exceptional in terms of communication, shipping time and cost. One was a 40" Samsung HDTV and the other a Panasonic BluRay player. My experience with Vann's is that you can't go wrong ordering from them. That said, I don't know how smoothly the returns process would be, since I haven't had any problems, but this company has me believing it would work as well as the ordering and order fulfillment side. Of course, I hope I never have to find out.
