Does Verizon Wireless care about existing customers anymore?
Verizon is about to lose an 11 year customer. I was just told that for me to use my NE2 on the phone I want I will have to change my grandfathered plan. If I have change my plan to do that and pay more than the +$75 I pay now I will change providers just a matter of principle. Businesses (esp. wireless) need people like me and should accommodate loyal customers with their needs.

Inappropriate?This certainly did nothing. I canceled my 11 year service with them today after porting out so any attempt to keep a loyal customer is gone.
