Frustrated with Verizon Wireless
i have been with Verizon Wireless for close to 4 years. I ordered a new line on my friends and family plan. When I went to activate the new number I was told that my number was reissued. I printed my new number on over $1000 worth of promotional material. I have my agreement with the new number. I am so frustrated, I spent over 2 precious hours on the phone with customer service to fix the problem, with no resolve yet. I need Verizon to honor the agreement. How can Verizon wireless resolve this problem quickly?

Inappropriate?once a number is reissued theres no way for verizon to get it back it now belongs to someone else so that person would have to be willing to give up their new number also..most customers think that the reps can do everything for them unfortanly they cant you'll prob have to get a new number
