Great Customer Service. No problem whatsoever.
I see that many people here are dissatisfied with your service. That's really strange... I've never once had a problem with customer service. This might be because we go to the Verizon Store instead of using phone customer service (which I just learned existed from reading a couple of complaints)

Inappropriate?Wait a minute...you mean you have to drive to a store even though they are a telephone company???Help me then where is the customer service? If yu have to go to the store then they have to give you an answer but since they are a telephone compnay don't you think you should be able to utilize their service to rectify your problem????1 Comment

I just have them as a Cell Phone company; if you are talking about landlines, I heard that the landline service is a seperate company. -
Inappropriate?I agree with you I have had nothing but great experiences with verizon as far as my cell phone goes, the customer service has always been great and issue resolved with the first person I talked with. Another positive note there cell service is great I have never dropped a call with them.
