How do I contact tech support for web page registration issues?
I went through the Employee Discount verification process a few months ago. Verizon sent me a link to continue the process of registering for my discount. I followed the link, but didn't buy anything at the time. I went through the whole process again today and they sent the same link, but it is now an invalid URL (looks like a temporary web page associated with my email address back then, but now deleted). I've been on the phone for several hours now and nobody can help me without a cell phone number. Is there any way to get through to somebody that can actually fix this?
