No Verizon wireless service at home
I have little to no Verizon wireless service in my house. We couldn't even activate our new cell phones inside. We had to walk outside. All customer service ever says is they are sorry.

Inappropriate?Me too, very frustrating, thinking of dropping Verizon and going to ATT if problem is not resolved. -
Inappropriate?they can't guarantee service in your home, They don't have the ability to install a repeater in every house, (btw you can buy them fairly cheap) but easiest way to look at it is a line of sight, if you can't see the tower it can't see you.
