Poor customer svc. bad experience
I have had problems with my LG chocolate phone ever since I got it and I am on my 5th one in two months. Many technical problems, I have talked with tech support multiple times and all they do is send me a different refurbished phone and they have all had the same type of problem (shutting itself off, not recieving texts and calls sometimes, poor sound quality). My local store has the worst customer svc. and I left there crying last Friday when they told me "well you are the first person that has ever complained about this phone." I just cannot believe that I am the only person that has had a problem with that phone especially since this is the 5th one that is doing the same things. I am very dissapointed with Verizon so far. I changed from AT&T to Verizon two months ago and I am regretting it. I am seriously considering going back to AT&T because I have never had this many problems with a cell phone.

Inappropriate?with verizon the policy for warrenty replacments is if you replace 3 times with in 90 days its up to store discration if they replace your phone with something else or just give you a brand new of your current model.
