Verizon not helping. Waiting on hold long periods of time. No resolution. Fraudulant charges, cancellation fees for something i never signed up for.

Inappropriate?If there is a Verizon Store nearby (am I the only one fortunate enough to have several nearby?), go there. They will help you.
Another tip I've heard, pay with a credit card. You can at least complain to the credit card company, and get the fraudulent charges away, but with a Debit Card, that's just a direct link to your bank account.
