Verizon Business FiOS treated like residental users!

Verizon Business FiOS - We are moved from one office to another, along with our Verizon Business FiOS line. Now I am in the new office with no internet for 2 days, and not expected to be live for another 3 days. All because someone will not run the fiber cable from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor. Multiple guys have been out, and have not completed the project in 2 days.
