Stubmatic is a online service that lets its users sell tickets online. Payments are made directly to their PayPal account and Stubmatic provides them with a box office and all the tools they need to promote and track their ticket sales.
need to delete canceled event..I had made an error and it wouldn't let me correct so I canceled and re-entered. now, I can't remove it from the box office.
It would be very helpful to have access to a full list of all email addresses so that I can update people on the state of a given event. A bit like how upcoming.org lets you send everyone a note.
My events are "completed," but I was hoping that I could have them extended without having to create new events because the events have not happened yet. In other words, I would like to continue selling tickets for the events I published that have been "completed" for a couple more days. Is that possible?
Is there an option for food and drink catering? I guess this is normally either included or not included but it would be nice to have it as a modular option like the booking fee so people attending can choose if they want lunch included!
The "add event to calendar" ical file is loading up with the wrong time. It's being adjusted by 1 hour (I'm in the UK - and I believe the problem is linked to us being in BST).
I've looked at the raw .icns file, and I've been able to fix it by changing:
DTSTART:20090420T090000Z
to:
DTSTART:20090420T090000
Which gives it to the calendar app without a time zone, and hence it doesn't adjust. Obviously I've also added this to the DTEND.
I think this is important to fix, as you're giving the ical files to users who add the event to their calendar, but may actually be running from the wrong time now.
Everytime someone buys a ticket from my events I get an email notification that says AN INVALID PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECIEVED and also says that my sales are all not "confirmed". But my paypal account has been receiving them! What does this mean? How do I "confirm" my ticket sales?
I'm trying to delete a test event, but can't see how/where to do that.. Also, we're using the API to display the information on the website, and it seems to include cancelled events in the feed as well...
Editing an event no longer works. Here's my stats:
Trial account
1 event listed
136 tickets sold
I've been manually allocating tickets sold (for the last few)
Last night I stopped being allowed to edit the event
The event is scheduled for March 7, 2009

Hi: I am looking at Stubmatic for use by an arts association. Its 'events' would be registration fees for gallery shows and the annual membership fee. The membership fee has several levels. Does Stubmatic support having multi-tickets available at the same time (ie, 'basic membership: $25', 'sustaining membership: $75')?
