Hi Tom,

We currently do not offer this feature but it is definitely something that has been requested and we plan to add in the near future.

For now you could create an separate ticket type (multiple types of tickets are available on our $49 per month and better plans) names Early Bird Discount Ticket and set the price at the discounted rate. You can set a limited on the number of tickets available for sale.
