I have two questions: first I was sent an e-mail with a code and a link to verify my e-mail and the link just takes me back to setting up an account and there is nowhere where I can put in that code to verify my count; secondly, I use voice recognition software exclusively because I am a quadriplegic and I found that I cannot use voice recognition software in your security screen, can this be fixed? Confirmation codes are entered on the last step of enrollment. When returning to an unfinished enrollment process, you'll be redirected to where you left off. If you had already selected your images, but had not confirmed, then you will be redirected to the email confirmation page. However, if you had not selected your categories, then you will be redirected to the category selection page.
Secondly, I am not familiar with the limitations of voice recognition software. To the best of my knowledge, the myvidoop enrollment and sign up process are currently accessible to all except the visually impair. If you could be more specific as to how the voice recognition software in unable to use our service, I'll see what we can do to fix those limitations.
