Browser activation and image reset issue
I had recently to reinstall my browser, so I needed to reactivate the Firefox browser for my vidoop account. I didn't have any problems entering the activation code. I then entered my password also no problem. Site then prompts me to log in again. So I log in and enter my password again. Only the password log in fails this time. I've tried to reset my image categories, thinking that may be the problem but I do not receive the pin for it. I'm also only registered through my email don't have a cell phone.

Inappropriate?Well I don't know what the problem was but I can log in again. Tried this morning by activating the Google browser. That worked. Tried again using Firefox and it finally worked. Only change I noticed was that I wasn't prompted to do s 2nd log in after activating Firefox.

i also had a similar problem for logging in after installing the google chrome browser. myvidoop didn't recognise my correct choice of images. and then i was able to log into myvidoop account through internet explorer. i think there is some connection between firefox 3 and chrome (google browser). chrome also takes browsing history from firefox3, on installation, along with bookmarks.
