plug in does not work
The myvidoop plugin for firefox on my mac map laptop has not worked in several weeks. Please help.

Inappropriate?Hello. Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having. I have a few suggestions that might help:
- Is the infinity sign in the toolbar visible? If you do not see it, please make sure the plugin isn't disabled.
- Is it red when you are logged in to myVidoop? If not, please make sure Firefox Preferences -> Cookies -> Accept third party cookies is enabled.
- If you type in your username and password manually, do you get asked to
save it to myVidoop? If not, make sure your website isn't on the ignored sites list.
