What's Up With That Vidoop?

I am trying to get a reset for my categories because I have forgotten them. I follow the procedure and when I get the email notice for the link, I am to go there and enter the pin that is suppose to come by way of text or in my case my cell phone, which it does not. I have tried resetting this approximately 10 times and still nothing. I can not access my account. This worked before and it sent me a pin by way of my cell phone, now nothing happens.
