Inappropriate?emailtoid does give you a simple OpenID, but you can't personalize it and it is somewhat annoying to log in, since you have to authenticate every time. It's an extremely simple, no frills, no features OpenID provider. In order to get more features and stronger security, you should sign up with a real OpenID provider.
