?about your uploading rules, and promoting? Please help!

I purchased this service to host our free classes that we have here Thursday nights, and our free advanced organic growing class one Saturday a month. When I was getting ready to upload, I see under your rules the following: No Commercial use You may not upload commercials, infomercials, or demos that actively sell or promote a product or service.
We are not a commercial outfit, but we are a company, and we do not sell our products, but we do promote what our products do to benefit all growers/garden/nursery/golf courses/etc. We do not do any infomercials, demos, or commercials, will this be an issue????? If so I need to know before uploading. Is there anyone to contact in customer service?
