D'oh screen help
I keep getting the D'oh screen. I added the ports in my firewall setting. I'm using a linksys router if that matters...? I also just downloaded firefox since this won't work on exp 8.0 yet.

Sorry to hear this! Are you a new user or have you been able to get in before? It sounds like something might've gotten messed up with your cookies, assuming you can get around to other sites on the Internet just fine.
Try deleting your cookies and see if that helps. From Firefox, you can go to Tools > Clear Private Data, and select Cookies. Then restart your browser. Let me know if that has any impact.

Inappropriate?Didn't seem to do anything. It just says loading data at the bottom of the screen but nothing loads and then I get the d'oh screen. I actually was using vivaty with expl 8.0 at first for a couple days and it was working. -
Inappropriate?Thanks Angela. Unfortunately, we don't support IE 8 yet (but we're working on it). But since you're going through FF3, not sure exactly what's going on.
One other idea. Let's reinstall the Vivaty Player. Can you uninstall it from your Control Panel > Programs, and then go back to Vivaty and reinstall?
If that doesn't work, I have a couple other ideas.

Inappropriate?Actually I just tried that a minute ago. I Uninstalled and reinstalled the player. Still nothing just the D'oh screen.
