HELP ......Locked out of two of my scenes...

Hey, I have two scenes of mine that I cannot get into, have tried both IE and Firefox, the cache and cookies are deleted when I close the browsers. Have even uninstalled the vivaty player and re-installed it. It has been 3 days now since I was allowed in lol.....Sea Breeze and The Cave featuring John Legend are the two scenes. The users of these scenes cannot get in and my other users cannot get into these two scenes also. I am at a loss for answers at the moment. Would you have any suggestions? If I am able to go into my other scenes why would I not be able to get into these two scenes? I had someone try to get into these two scenes and he could not get in either. thank you for your time.......
