Messed up colors on my scene and avitar?

Okay well im new, and when I got on Vivaty and launched pad. My whole scene and person was messed up. Like it had a lot of colors mixed together and you couldn't see a thing. My avitar was just an outline of one just with alot of greens and reds in it which shouldn't be normal.

Now I TRIED downloading it again and shuting my computer down looking for viruses etc,but nothings workiing!!!!!!!!!!! Can someone please help me!
