Network DOH Error Page

I keep getting the Doh error telling me that ports 80, 5222 and 13214 need checking. I've configured (I think) my software firewall and had no joy and then switched off the firewall and had no joy. I have a wireless router so I also changed the configuration of that (unless I've done it incorrectly) and still get the same problem. Any ideas? Running a NetGear DG834G wireless router on Windows XP 32-bit.
