Only access to the x3d file with navigation buttons under the file?

I am developing a museum in x3d. Now I want to have no access with the keyboard and the mouse in this file because than the user can work trough walls. I have set viewpoints in the museum, so that the user can navigate with the navigation buttons under the museum(javascript functions).

Is there a chance to deactive the keyboard and the mouse for this file, so that i can only navigate with this navigation buttons?
