Hi Sandra, I'm sorry for us causing some frustration here. Our goal/desire is to certainly make our platform widely available to as many people as possible, and as part of that Mac support is absolutely part of the discussion and part of our roadmap.
While this might not be a definitive answer, I wanted to provide some color here that might be helpful. It's challenging for us to give a definitive date for when we may offer Vivaty on all platforms because we're still just starting out, and like any initiative, we're also analyzing the cost to support and maintain this initiative, and then ranking it among all our priorities. We're still in the early part of our beta period, and we want to make sure the service and core platform are successful so we can turn our attention to important initiatives like Mac support.
Your voice has made it clear though to us that there's a strong contingent of folks who see Mac support as a priority, and we thank you for that feedback. We'll continue to communicate with our community as best as we can about our plans for additional support.

Inappropriate?hi - yes, at some point. thx for your patience. in the meantime we have heard people have had success using bootcamp... and a few on VM ware.

Hi, "at some point" is not really a satisfying answer. Neither is the workaround with bootcamp. As for VMs: Parallels doesn't have access to higher graphics functions and won't allow the x3d rendering. At least that was my experience with Flux.
Even so, it is not a solution for my problem, as I really need the player/plugin to work natively under Mac OS X.
Is this on the a roadmap?

Hi! Thanks for getting back to me about the issue! I appreciate your effort and as long as it is on the roadmap, I am satisfied. As there is no good plugin for Macs at the moment I am really looking forward to seeing Vivaty take this chance ;) -
Inappropriate?hi kalesco and others, we are turning Mac requests into a discussion thread and you can follow it here:
