Complaints can only be filed in writing
Vodafone will only accept complaints in writing. They accept all other forms of communication (new accounts, disconnections, transfers, etc) by phone, but complaints must be filed in writing. I'd recommend all Vodafone customers in Australia write to complain!

Inappropriate?Vodafone now also has a method of taking a formal complaint over the phone that isn't just brushed aside.
And better yet, it'll be permanently attached to your account so that the record of it is there for future references, if you feel that it hasn't been suitably resolved to your level of expectations. -
Glad to see Vodafone on the ball here. I missed your message 3 months ago and I'm now long out of Australia. Unfortunately, my lasting impression of Vodafone in Australia is poor.
I'm glad to hear things are changing though. Perhaps next time I'm in Australia I'll be better served by Vodafone. -
Inappropriate?I have to agree with Nick - The bloke who contacted me was in TAS and actually understood what I was saying. but I would love the number to that call centre because I have so much to complain about.
I’m sad
