Folders and settings per video.
I'd like to organise my videos in folders. I'd like the settings to apply per video not across my whole account. Any chance? This is very important to us.

Peter,
Adrian here, the tech guy. We plan to offer some of the settings per video once we have bedded them in across the whole account.
The key here for us is getting the UI right. So we don't want to over complicate the pages (the upload or the video asset page), with tons of advanced settings.
These will come when we are happy we have the user interface right for this.
This will probably be something we look at later this year or early next year.

Inappropriate?Hi John,
Nice idea and one we could look at. At the moment we allow for sorting by Title, Date Added and Views. To then bracket videos into folders and apply settings in bulk is a great idea. I will add it to the Product Wish List!

Inappropriate?A key part of the original question was the ability to apply settings per video...not be able to do this seems quite limiting.
Pls advise. -
Inappropriate? It is possible to apply settings per video by using your Settings page before you upload. When a video is uploaded with certain settings in place (say for example no border and brand text) then those settings are applied to the embed code for that video.
If you want to have a different subsequent video you can then amend the settings as desired and upload again. What we don't offer yet is the ability to retrospectively apply settings across previously uploaded videos - again because the embed code has been pre-set. -
