Full screen icon. Optional?
Can we remove the "show as full screen" icon. we prefer to have it be smaller and higher quality at this juncture.

Inappropriate?Bryan,
The full screen icon cannot be removed (at present), but it's certainly something we'll look at if more users desire it.
It is possible to disable it, such that clicking on it doesn't do anything, although I would feel this would create a negative customer experience.
Another thing to note is users can go full screen and then turn scaling off. So it just blanks out the background and you can watch in full quality without distractions.
If you let me know which videos are yours, I can look up how many times people are clicking this button. I suspect it will be rather low, as most web videos people watch at the embedded size.

Inappropriate?Hi Adrian,
It's the only video I have that's been viewed more than 100 times. Is there a way I can see how many people are trying it in full screen mode. I've had complaints that the video quality isn't very good in full screen. Also, I can't figure out how big the video is now that it has been compressed. Finally, do I get charged for the full size of the video regardless of how long someone watches it, or is it just the amount of data that gets streamed that I get charged for?
Thanks,
Bryan -
Hi Bryan,
We haven't yet integrated our vzaar accounts with GetSatisfaction so I don't know which video that is. Iff you can let me know your userID (drop me a mail on adrian at vzaar) and I'll look up the details for you.
In full screen quality will always degrade as you are stretching the pixels (unless people turn the scaling off (second button top right in full screen mode)
We work out bandwidth based on the actual data sent down to the viewer. This is normally quicker than realtime. So if a viewer watches 20 seconds of a 10 minute video and we send down 90 seconds worth of data before they close the window, we only calculate the actual 90s worth of data, not the full video size. If they have streamed the full video but only watch half it, we will mark that the view consumed the full video size, as all the data has been sent down to the viewers browser. There is also some data overhead for loading the video player itself.
