Add display settings options to software overview pages

Make software privacy settings available from multiple locations, for instance when looking at a software overview page while logged in. Wakoopa might recognize whether or not you're a user of the software and allow you to update its settings in your profile - for example, by using the intuitive type of dropdown menu that's used in the title bar as well.
