Any plans at giving us a tab to show us what changes we've suggested have been accepted?
A kind of Wiki-type changelog of things we've suggested and whether or not they've been accepted. I like contributing to the software information, but it's a pain to check up with all the software and see if your changes were accepted.
It's not really even an issue, but I love what you guys are doing and look forward to future expansions!

Inappropriate? How about an e-mail saying that your suggestion has been approved? I think we can do that quite easily.
-
Inappropriate?Yeah we can send alerts like that. But you can be assured that almost every suggestion we receive gets accepted. The suggestions we do turn down are spam or have very lowres/ugly icons.
-
Inappropriate?I wasn't aware that most suggestions are accepted. I was mainly wondering why my icons weren't being accepted, but after reading the previous questions, it must have been because I was uploading .ico files. Thanks for the help!
I’m happy

Inappropriate?Oh by the way, if you're wondering what our Suggestion Handling Department looks like at Wakoopa, here's a little inside look:

I’m kidding

Inappropriate? Is it still the case that most submissions get accepted? Most of mine are, but I've noticed one or two merge/split suggestions and webapps that are taking a while. If I'm doing something wrong, I'd appreciate feedback so I can do it right.
And sometimes I forget if I've made a submission or if I just planned to :>
So, a new user page that simply listed "Your submissions" with their status (new, reviewed, accepted, rejected (with a reason?)) would be awesome.
On LibraryThing (which also has tons of user generated content) they list top contributors in various areas (Wakoopa could list top contributors for: new apps, icons, screenshots, download links, etc). Most of us wouldn't rank anywhere, but it's nice to see evidence that the community is building up the site content.
Failing all that, an email would suffice :D
In this regard, the fact that the webapp suggestion form gives you feedback if a URL is already in the database is awesome.
I’m hopeful
