my wakoopa tracker doesn't send an new application.
i run the application, but it doesn't appear in my list of applications.

прошло примерно минут 40. запустил консультант+ и quake 3.
потом решил отдохнуть и поиграть в openttd и он сразу появился(openttd)

Консультант+ вообще, кажется, не трекится (я не нашел его), а какое название у его экзешника? (Может быть, оно тут за что-то иное считается)

Looks like Консультант+ is not tracked at all. What's the name of its exe? It might be tracked as something else.
As for Quake III, try to check out this page to see http://wakoopa.com/account/activity because it's known by Wakoopa and should show up at your profile.
